We hold these truths to be self-evident: That despite the fact that man is not created equally in talent or ability, never the less, the fruits of mankind's total productive knowledge have been gained by the sweat and the blood of all the world's people, in one form or another, especially within the last century wars,.... therefore, the sum total of mankind's productive knowledge from this day ever onward, shall be for the benefit of all nations in the form of sustainable, solar city building... world wide... financed by international loans, pension funds, social security, bonds, through defense spending - the world's armies doing much of the assembly - since solar cities are nearly unconquerable!

We also pledge to define, to preserve, and to conserve, the essence of each of mankind's presently existing cultures. Moreover, we pledge to make as much as possible a variety of cultures available within a given county or region. To reconstruct and recreate mankind's history, in order that the hard lessons of the past be constantly before us.

We pledge to live as one gloriously reunited human family, which indeed we are, and to phase out all chemical, technologies, weapons, or systems, market economies or corporations, patents, that are harmful to the earth and/or its people.

Furthermore, we pledge... first, to limit our defense spending, to mutually reduce and destroy our armaments, step by step to transform our defense industries, and to redirect our defense spending into city building technologies, to utilize our defense engineers to design self-sustaining, mass producible, unconquerable, solar cities: To retool our defense and trinket technologies for the mass production of such cities: Cities that will literally pay for themselves by the saving they afford... resulting in full employment worldwide, full use of capital resources, ten fold increase in production capacity, world stability and prosperity.
