(for 7 unit Solar complex)
WE HEREBY SUBMIT SPECIFICATIONS
AND PROPOSAL FOR:
This is a material and labor
contract to build 29,533 sq. ft. of living space with tile or oak wood or
herringbone carpet floors, 5/8 drywall, textured, primed and painted interior
walls; stucco or concrete or day tile roof and exteriors; 7 kitchens, 35
bathrooms. 63 rooms w/closets, radiant heat, cathedral ceilings, 14 skylights,
seven fireplaces.
Also included is a fully
operating greenhouse. 31,500 sq.ft., to be temp., humidity, 02, C02, analog
computer controlled. Included is 2432 linear ft. of 8 inch wide 6 foot or " 4"
block wall, approximately 10,500 sq. ft. of 4 inch concrete slabs and 1000 sq.
ft .. min. basement space. Included is passively solar heated mechanisms, total
system to be approx .. 70% self-sustaining as far as energy and food
requirements for approx 40 -60 people with a minimum voluntary input of approx.
7-12 hours per week per person can be built between two streets with minimum
250' apart, by 250' wide .can be divided into seven,6k sq. ft. lots, individual
or interconnected units with approx 4250 sq. ft. per unit (each of the 7 units
can be further divide into 3 separate units making a total of 21 separate units
per complex possible) Each large unit will have a corresponding 4500 sq.ft.
greenhouse capable of producing over 100,000 thousand pounds of delicious,
nutritious, luscious food, yearly!

to each room is electrical. phone. cable and optical cable (if avail.) outlets.
as well as air pressure and vacuum and radiant type heat. non-permeable,
translucent, resistance heatable. - triple greenhouse walls. Analog controlled
shading, C02, 02 humidity content, watering and plant
feeding cycles. Inside, these seven greenhouse are 7-4200 sq. ft. ,dwellings,
each dwelling having three floors above and one 150 sq. ft. basement -
interconnected with the other 7 to 36 to 216 to 120,000 basements that would
make up the city with a 24 in interior dia. concrete or metal tubes with two v
grove rails. Included are 3 wind generators, 1 parabolic solar steam heat pump.,
3 aqua culture tanks, 3 rabbit and chicken, bee environments: waste recycling,
and utilization devices, rain water storage, mechanical electrical generation
systems. etc .• Designed to withstand 8.5 earthquake, and 30' flood. Rammed
earth, pumice, and other wall systems available.
WE HEREBY PROPOSE TO FURNISH
MATERIAL AND LABOR COMPLETE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE Specifications, FOR THE SUM OF:
COST PLUS: The total cost of the project will be paid pack many times over in
less than twenty years because of the savings afforded through the exquisite use
of solar energy; whether it be used for heating and/or cooling, making
electricity, growing 100 of plants, and dozens of small animals, including 115ft
and birds and exotic features in six different eco systems and utilizing at
least 87% of the ambient solar energy. 30,000 sq.ft .living and 30.000sq.ft.
self-sufficient greenhouse 60,OOO sq. ft. total, approx. cost $50 per sq.ft. :
approx. production in monetary terms for greenhouse-$6.00 per sq.rt. x 3 (times
per year)= $18 per sq.ft.x 30.000(greenhouse space) =$540,000 per year wholesale
production price of the most luscious, delicious, nutritious food this planet
can produce. (this is figured at 12 lbs. per sq.ft. production of vegetable,
protein, and honey priced at the wholesale price of $.50 per pound = $6.00 per
sq.ft). |
